【乾薑片用途/Direction for sliced ginger
 

熬煮濃薑茶/濃薑湯

可取大約50g薑片(薑片可依個人口感增減),依下列方式熬煮後,存放於保溫杯隨時小口飲用;或放至不燙口,每次喝一碗。

瓦斯爐熬煮:

以約1500~2000ml的水加入熬煮,大火煮開後,轉小火熬煮成約350~500ml的薑湯。薑片可再熬煮第二次。

電藥壺熬煮:

以5碗水(約1000ml)加入熬煮,一般設定熬煮為1碗。薑片可再熬煮第二次。

Take 50 grams sliced ginger (you can make the adjustment, if it's too strong). Put 1500ml~2000ml of water in a pot on the stove. Turn the heat to maximum and bring up to boil. Then place the sliced ginger into the boil water, turn the heat down to the minimum. Let it simmer until there is only 1/3 of liquid left in the pot. Take the ginger out (you may use them again). Savor when it warm or cool.

沖泡薑茶(薑片泡茶)

以薑片取代茶葉,能享泡茶趣又可養生
取適量薑片放入茶壺或蓋杯中,以高溫開水沖泡6分鐘以上,可多次沖泡。
A good substitute for the tea bag. Soak the sliced ginger in a tea pot or a mug with hot water for at least six minutes. Then you can enjoy the ginger tea. (The sliced ginger can be use for multi times.)

燜泡薑茶/薑湯

取適量薑片置入燜燒杯內,以高溫開水沖入杯中,靜置3小時以上,再行飲用;亦或晚上燜泡,早上再喝。(參考比例:20~25g薑片,1,000cc熱開水)
If you want a strong ginger flavor, place sliced ginger with hot water into a thermos and let it sit for couple hours or overnight before you drink it.(Ratio reference: 25 grams ginger slice, 1,000cc hot water.)


 

【薑粉用途/Direction for ginger powder

口服配開水食用

初食者每次一平匙,每日2~3次,一星期後可視適應情況增量。
For beginners, have a teaspoon of ginger powder with water at a time. And three to five teaspoons in one day. You may increase the amount as you get used to the taste.

現沖薑茶

以2大匙薑粉放入杯中,再以熱開水(約250cc)沖調,攪拌製成薑茶,存放於保溫杯隨時小口飲用。(怕辣者可加入少許黑糖調味)
Place 2 teaspoons of ginger powder and some brown sugar or without in a mug. Mix up with 250ml of hot water; savor it when it's still warm.

烹調

  1. 一般葉菜類性屬寒涼居多,加入薑粉可轉其性於溫熱,並可提味。
  2. 加入湯品中,能提鮮、提味。
  3. 沾醬內加入適量薑粉能讓味蕾大開,美食加分。
  4. 小孩怕辣,撒在白飯上,攪拌後,更添米飯香甜。
For cooking:
In Chinese medicine, ginger has warming property and leafy green vegetables have cold property. Add some ginger powder in your stir fried vege, soup, sauce even your pie filling. It's given the extra kick for your dishes.

泡澡、泡腳

取適量薑粉加入溫熱水中,秋冬泡澡、手、腳,可預防手腳冰冷。
水溫降低時得再加溫浸泡。
Hot bath with ginger powder also increases your blood circulation and prevents hands and feet from getting cold. Good for your health.
